Qi Gong is a series of exercises that allows you to discover and refine your
internal energies by utilizing proper bio-mechanics and focus. The emphasis
is on establishing a harmony of the energies of the body, as well as alleviating
limitations in range of motion.
Qi Gong is essential to your martial arts training not only because you
promote good health and longevity, but you learn progressively more about the
dynamics of movement and the interrelation of forces in fighting.
In addition, you can learn to channel your Qi into the Chinese medicine,
helping you diagnose and heal injuries based on the 5 element theory
The morning Qi Gong classes will be based on introductory Qi Gong excercises
and the 5 animals frolic Daoist Qigong. This set was developped by
Hua Tuo, a famous physician of the Han Dynasty. We practice the
version tought at the Wudang Mountains of China.
